1. Payment

Payment Online

Payment can be made securely on-line electronically using your debit, credit card or Paypal account. Funds in currencies other than UK sterling can only be made electronically and your payment will automatically be converted into UK sterling. 

Pro-Forma Invoice

If you don’t wish to purchase goods with a debit or credit card, we can generate a Pro-Forma invoice. Please note that you will need to pay for the goods prior to dispatch. Please select the products you want to purchase and proceed to the checkout. When prompted select the Pro-Forma Invoice option and continue as per normal. An email notification with details of what you wish to purchase and how to pay will automatically be generated and emailed to you. You can pay a Pro-Forma invoice by cheque or BACS.

Payment by Cheque

Cheques for payment of Pro-Forma invoices and mail order should be made payable to visual communication aid Ltd. We are based in the UK and transact our orders in UK sterling, cheques must be drawn on a UK bank account in UK Sterling.

UK Orders

visual aid communication Ltd fulfils domestic orders from its Yorkshire based offices. We endeavour to stock for immediate supply.

International Orders

Please liaise with us before paying for an order. We welcome the opportunity to work with you but prefer to tailor shipping and fulfilment needs by coordinating with you beforehand.

3. Postage

UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail Post.

Any orders over 10 or International posting to please contact our Office as a delivery charge will incur.
